    Really lovely apartment, really nice style and all the amenities you could want! The place is less than 15 to the tube and underground which was great to get around. There is a bar really close which was really great vibes and the kebab place was extremely tasty. Highly recommend staying here!

Les lieux touristiques sont facilement accessibles par les transports en commun, ou à vélo (idéal pour découvrir Berlin, la circulation étant très simple, et il y a un loueur de vélo pas très loin à tarif raisonnable).

The apartment itself was cozy and well-equipped, providing a comfortable base for my visit. However, I encountered a significant issue with ants in both the bathroom and hallway. This was rather unsettling and detracted from the overall experience. The presence of ants significantly impacted my enjoyment and comfort during the stay. Despite this inconvenience, I would still recommend Babette's place for anyone looking for a comfortable and reasonably priced accommodation in the area, especially if a pest-free environment for guests is ensured.

    Fantastic stay at Babetts in Berlin! The loft was a toasty warm And beautiful retreat at the end of a cold day! Close to bus stops and very easy to get everywhere once you get going with your bussing/training. Kitchen was fantastic and we were able to cook our breakfast every morning with ease.

    I would really recommend going to this airbnb! It is located very close to the central station and all the other sightseeing buildings. It is safe, because it has many locks and it is located inside a small garden behind the street, so you will not be annoyed by the cars etc. I would really recommend!

    Excellente communication depuis la réservation jusqu'à la fin du séjour. Ne connaissant pas Berlin,avons apprécié toutes les réponses aux questions préparatoires au séjour. L'accès au logement est très facile depuis la gare auptbahnof où arrive le train depuis l'aéroport. la préparation du logement et la réception impeccables ,la documentation sur place et les équipements également.Petit plus appréciés les bonbons Haribo et cafés Nespresso !!! Kitchen was well equipped although we didn’t really use it, comfy bed and overall great surrounding areas with everything needed. Not precisely in the center but 10 minutes away from central station and it was very easy to get around in public transportation. Should I ever go back to Berlin I’ll be staying here!

The space is also very cozy, and the bed is comfortable. Sofi was very kind and helped us store our luggage before check-in. Thank you so much!     Ruhige Wohnung im Hinterhof, problemloser Check In und einfache Kommunikation. In Moabit ist nicht wahnsinnig viel los, aber für meinen Kurs an der Charité optimal gelegen. Es gibt gute Anbindungen an den ÖPNV. Der einzige Optimierungspunkt wäre, dass es relativ klein ist und wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten im Flur und Bad gibt. Ansonsten waren wir zufrieden.

    We had a great stay at the 1st of May Studio Apartment. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay - including access to Netflix and a Nespresso machine! A short walk to public transport meant that all of Berlin’s sights were easily accessible (just a couple of quick train changes needed) and there were lovely restaurants just outside the underground (which was an ideal contrast to the busy restaurants in other areas of the city). We had a ball in Berlin - a city worth seeing! And 1st of May felt like a home from home during our stay. Thank you!

    Habe mit einer Freundin hier ein paar Tage verbracht, um in den Semesterferien etwas entspannen zu können. Wir waren beide sehr zufrieden, der Empfang war äußerst nett. Es gibt sogar eine kleine Karte der Umgebung, wo wichtige Sachen markiert sind und die Küchenausstattung kann komplett genutzt werden. Eine kleine "Einweisung" gab es auch. Der persönliche Kontalt, als auch per Chat waren stets freundlich und schnell, kommen gerne wieder :)

    Berlin Lofts apartment’s location is about 15mins from the Alexanderplatz and other attractions in the city. It is easily accessible by metro and bus. There are also good restaurants in the neighbourhood. Kitchen is well equipped and has all the ingredients required to make a decent breakfast. Only issue is that the apartment lacks privacy as there is some construction work right opposite and you have people all the time looking into your apartment. Other than that, all the boxes are checked for this apartment.

Neighborhood not very central or attractive but with good and frequent public transport facilities. So, all together, an excellent option in Berlin.

    The apartment is cool! Everything was okay. But if it’s important for you so apartment is located on the 1st floor and people can see what are you doing. And this is the reason that we heard people on the street, and also in the neighboring estates there were renovations, so we woke up at 6 am in the morning because of them. Also, the pillows are so big and not comfortable, but everything else was great. Location is good, we really recommend this flat in this amazing location!

    Babette didn’t exist although she has her photo and stated she is a super host on air bnb website. The property is one of many and managed by a group of cleaners and caretaker. It is advertised wrongly and does not have value for money. It was noisy and there was no privacy as it was a walk through past our windows that exposed us to everyone. The curtains had to be drawn for privacy and it was outside the garbage area where there was the regular sounds of bottles from the bins. The other apartments had noisy residents and we were either woken at 530 am by loud music and voices or building next door. It had little atmosphere of coffee shops or restaurants and was a long walk to the metro and the bus was infrequent. We have stayed in many Airbnb and this was one of the worst as it was overpriced and incorrectly marketed.

    Lovely apartment, well equipped, modern and clean! It was also spacious, and great to have a kitchen area as well. The host left welcome haribo lollies which was a nice touch, and a map with local recommendations. Self check in was seamless and easy. Only had to go up a few steps to the property as well, which was great with our luggage. The only downside is the apartment is farther from the center and action of Berlin than expected. We spent a lot of our time on public transport, taking a while to get from the apartment to attractions, and vice versa. It was also far from the nightlife areas.

There was no self check-in so it was a little challenging given I couldn’t make phone calls and only relied on internet to communicate abroad. Nevertheless, it still was pretty simple and the maintenance man walked me through the entire apartment.

    Perfectly fine but not a loft. Ground floor and somewhat overlooked courtyard although very quiet. Behind a main road which had little to recommend it. Bed soft and lumpy mattress and pillows not great.

    De woning was heel proper en van alle gemakken voorzien. Op 10min stappen bevindt zich een U-Bahnstation en er zijn supermarkten en restaurants in de buurt. Zeer rustig gelegen woning en toch vlot naar de stad. Het enige dat we erg jammer vonden is dat de website zich voordoet als "Babett" terwijl het eigenlijk een organisatie is die dit appartement verhuurt en geen privépersoon.

Seria genial que l'apartament en disposés de dues! Nosaltres les vam llogar, però és força car. L'apartament és petit però té tot el necessari per passar uns dies i fer turisme. És acollidor. També disposava dels elements bàsics per cuinar (oli, sal, sucre, cafè...).

Есть все, чтобы приготовить себе обед. В комоде есть сейф с кодовым замком. Кофемашина была приятным дополнением каждое утро. Из минусов, как многие уже говорили - не самый быстрый интернет.

    It is rather a good place to stay in Berlin: close to the center and all the main sightseeings, many places to buy food and all necessary goods. The apartment itself is as described. But only one issue: we stayed with a little baby, and there was too much noise outside, that interrupted her sleep (screaming in front of out windows neighbors, flapping door). But it differs, I believe, from a baby to a baby. In general, it was a good place to stay several days in Berlin in business or just tourism.

    The stay with BerlinLofts was great. Our inbound flight was delayed which meant we didn’t get to the apartment until past midnight and they were able to accommodate us, which was amazing! They had plenty of advice for us, including books and maps, and were usually very quick to respond to any questions. They were also able to store our luggage after our checkout so we didn’t have to carry it with us all day, which was very handy! The only downsides were that a couple of things were broken in the flat such as the toaster, but that wasn’t a huge deal. The internet was also often unusable, which is unfortunate as you don’t get much phone signal and no 3G/4G in the apartment. Overall the stay was very pleasant and I would 100% recommend (unless you require a constant, reliable internet connection) the stay to anyone - you can’t beat the value. The only reason it wasn’t 5 stars is that there were a few minor issues!

    Nice and warm apartment with just enough space for two. Ground floor may not be the best choice for everyone, because you will have to keep the curtains shut. However, there is a good compensation for that which is several floor and table lamps creating a great atmosphere. Beside that, really enjoyed the coffee maker and other kitchen supplies. Thanks for welcoming us.

    Berlinlofts provide a wide choice of apartments in Moabit that are great for long weekends and longer holidays in Berlin. This was my fourth or girth stay with them and it was again excellent. Everything tidy, and because of the location on a typical Berlin "Hof", also quiet. Moabit is not yet discovered by tourists, although for those with a discerning eye there is a lot of interest to be found at walking distance, in particular in relation to the first and second World War. There is an excellent Turkish restaurant (Osmanya) very close and a little further a very big Edeka Supermarket. Bustransport and Metrostop Birkenstrasse allow for relatively easy travel all over Berlin. On a bike all of this is even better. The owner Stefan LeBarré is an engaging entrepreneur with great interest in Berlin, but also in his guests.

    The apartment is not so far from the center of the city. When you go by bike, you need about 10 minutes to arrive in the center. The apartment is wel equipped. Everything you need is there. The people like for instance the owner is very helpfull and kind when you need them. You can put your car inside the gate, so it will bee safe there. I come every year to the apartment and I always feel myself happy to be there.

    Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Die Einrichtung, speziell in der Küche, ist sehr umfangreich. Es fehlt an nichts. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Die Wohnung ist, auf Grund der Lage in einem Innenhof, sehr ruhig. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es diverse Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Bus- und U-Bahnstationen sind in der Nähe und sorgen so für eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung. Das Auto kann man in der unmittelbaren Umgebung kostenlos an der Straße parken. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und die Übergabe der Wohnung klappten reibungslos. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung und können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

  226. Zental und doch ruhig, perfekt für den Städtetrip in Berlin!

    Nur wenige Haltestellen vom ZOB und einen Katzensprung vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt, lag unser Apartment sehr zentral in der Stadt. Nach der netten Begrüßung und der persönlichen Einweisung, konnte unser Berlin Wochenende starten. Kleine Aufmerksamkeiten wie Gummibären rundeten den freundlichen Empfang ab. Und wer gerne einen Kaffee nach der Anreise trinken mag, kommt auch hier auf seine Kosten, eine Nespressomaschine mit verschiedenen Kaffees macht jeden Besucher wieder munter. Auch sonst fehlte uns nichts in der Küche, im Bad oder im Wohn/Schlafzimmer. Wir haben geschlafen wie auf Wolke 7, so gut, dass wir uns manchmal schwer mit dem Aufstehen taten :) Ein kurzer Blick auf den Laptop (der gratis in der Wohnung bereitgestellt wird), um noch ein paar Infos über die Stadt zu erhalten und schon konnten wir starten. Die Ubahn nur wenige Gehminuten um die Ecke und auch der Bus nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Auch für das leibliche Wohl war gesorgt, einige Supermärkte sowie Bars/ Restaurant sind in der Nähe, sodass man auch hier nie hungern musste. Fazit: Wir kommen gern wieder :)

    Kleines, aber mehr als vollständig ausgestattetes Appartement und durch die Lage im Hinterhof super ruhig! Die unmittelbare Umgebung in Moabit ist nicht besonders schick, aber Bus und S-Bahn sind mit kurzen Wegen sehr gut zu erreichen und damit kann man schnell den Rest von Berlin erkunden!
